The Sky Deck Experience at Willis Tower

During the expansion at the base of the Willis Tower the Skydeck Experience had to have the attraction’s entrance and queue relocated and completely rerouted. The complex project required reworking of existing attraction elements, design and creation of new attraction elements and a complex queue and way-finding system. With a massive number of visitors going to the 103rd floor Skydeck the Ledge the experience had to be dynamic, entertaining and highly versatile.
