The new broadcast set was designed to be utilized by First Rule Film and Broadcast, a division of Pelopidas, LLC. Located at the Pelopidas, LLC headquarters in St. Louis, MO, the studio serves the broadcast needs for First Rule Film and Broadcast. It additionally operates in conjunction with the adjacent event space, VUE 17, also designed by Peter Hyde Design. In January 2015 it went on air for the local ABC affiliate.
